These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Affluent Auto Spa Corporation's website and participation in our SMS messaging program. By using our website and opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Website Use

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or services. By using the website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website solely for personal or business purposes related to our services.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with the security or performance of the website.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.

Intellectual Property: All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Affluent Auto Spa Corporation or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.

Communications

Opt-In and Consent for SMS Messaging: AffluentAutoSpa.com will send you SMS text messages to confirm your service request, provide updates on your vehicle progress and to conduct a client satisfaction survey after the job is completed. Depending on your mobile phone service, you may incur costs from these SMS text messages from your mobile phone service provider. AffluentAutoSpa.com is not responsible for any of these potential costs.

Phone Calls: All inbound and outbound client service calls may be recorded for quality assurance. AffluentAutoSpa.com may call you directly to schedule your service or conduct a client satisfaction survey. In the event of a canceled request, we may call you to inquire about your reasons for canceling.

Opt-In: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to customer support, appointments, order updates, and promotional offers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us. You may receive marketing messages up to twice per month and transactional messages as needed.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out will not affect your receipt of transactional or account-related messages.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. You are responsible for any fees incurred for sending and receiving SMS messages.

Privacy and Data Usage: We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact Information: By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS services, you consent to receive messages related to:

Customer support
Appointment scheduling and reminders
Order updates and delivery notifications
Marketing and promotional offers

You can opt out of receiving marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. However, you may continue to receive transactional or account-related messages.

Affluent Auto Spa Corporation may disclose Personal Data and other information as follows:

Third Parties That Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Additional Disclosures: Affiliates: We may disclose the Personal Data to our affiliates or subsidiaries; however, if we do so, their use and disclosure of your Personal Data will be subject to this Policy. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website or SMS services.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affluent Auto Spa Corporation is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or SMS program.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Affluent Auto Spa Corporation harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Clients should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.

AffluentAutoSpa.com will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service.

All vehicles are cleaned at the client's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing type.

While every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without voiding our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to accept debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by our merchant processor.

We reserve the right to change a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.

All vehicles are cleaned at the client's own risk.

All orders placed require address, package, and vehicle condition verification.

Pricing Terms & Conditions

We have a minimum treatment charge that varies by location.

Our prices are based on detailing type, location, type of car and condition of the vehicle and are advertised as a starting price.

AffluentAutoSpa.com reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the client location.

With client approval, AffluentAutoSpa.com reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original estimate.

Our Service Terms & Conditions

We may ask you where you heard about AffluentAutoSpa.com in order to gauge our marketing strategies.

We may conduct client satisfaction surveys.

We must have permission to hold your debit or credit card to secure a regular booking and we will charge the card after your service is completed.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions

We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.

Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation (excluding weather concerns) will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost. This charge will be credited to your next service with AffluentAutoSpa.com.

Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 25% of the service cost. This charge will be credited to your next service with AffluentAutoSpa.com.

AffluentAutoSpa.com reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.

Service Guarantee

If there is probable and clear cause that the AffluentAutoSpa.com team member did not fulfill the treatment plan as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.

Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from AffluentAutoSpa.com voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.

Payment is due at the completion of your service.

Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by emailing (Dylan@AffluentAutoSpa.com). Pictures of the unsatisfactory portion of the service must be emailed to Dylan@AffluentAutoSpa.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

Gift Cards

For payer verification purposes, gift cards have a 48 hour holding period before they can be redeemed for services.

Gift cards can only be used once per vehicle per service.

Gift cards can not be combined or redeemed with any other additional discounts, coupons, or promotions.

The final price for services rendered may exceed the value of the gift card.

Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift card.

Additional surcharges for excessive pet hair, larger vehicles, excessive wear and tear, or other issues may apply.

Gift cards reflect a cash value. Prices for services may adjust due to seasonality, location, inflation, or demand.

Any balances for services ordered are due at time of service and do not include additional services, tax, or gratuity.

Gift cards are 100% non-refundable (and never expire).

Awesome!

I could not be more pleased with the absolute beautiful result that Dylan and Kolby did on my vintage 1950 Ford Deluxe Convertible. You can see yourself in much depth in the finish now as if you could dive into it. Their attention to detail and their professionalism is excellent.
